Precarity or Prosperity: African perspectives on the future of the International Criminal Court

The Rule of Law Program for Sub-Saharan Africa of the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung and Wayamo Foundation recently put together a report and video gallery on the topic of "Precarity or Prosperity: African perspectives on the future of the International Criminal Court." The report explores four themes: South Africa and the International Criminal Court, the Election of the Next Prosecutor and Judges: Process and Outcome, African States, the African Union and the ICC, and The Independent Expert Review of the ICC.
