Precarity or Prosperity: African perspectives on the future of the International Criminal Court

The Rule of Law Program for Sub-Saharan Africa of the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung and Wayamo Foundation recently put together a report and video gallery on the topic of "Precarity or Prosperity: African perspectives on the future of the International Criminal Court." The report explores four themes: South Africa and the International Criminal Court, the Election of the Next Prosecutor and Judges: Process and Outcome, African States, the African Union and the ICC, and The Independent Expert Review of the ICC. It features scholars, former judges and prosecutors and lawyers in practice. It can be accessed here.
